SWTOR IPP Guild Stats Capture - 12/30/11

Heya folks! If you're like me, you find stats interesting. Without a decent armory it's hard to do any kind of real datamining on the Imperial Paper Pushers lo, just more than a week into the game. Still, I tried. Who are our most prolific levelers? What's the most common AC in the guild? Let's find out, shall we?

To start with, Imperial Paper Pushers currently plays host to some 174 characters. Good on us, guys!

Here's the class breakdown purely by the numbers:
Sorcerer: 30
Mercenary: 29
Powertech: 17
Operative: 16
Assassin: 16
Juggernaut: 14
Marauder: 14
Sniper: 12
Warrior: 8
Inquisitor: 8
Agent: 7
Bounty Hunter: 3

In terms of actual 'class pillars', that puts us at:
Sith Inquisitors: 54
Bounty Hunters: 49
Sith Warriors: 36
Imperial Agents: 35

So, if you're looking for a class that's under-represented in the guild, choose a Sniper. They make up less than half of all our Agents, our least-represented class. If you're thinking of what *not* to roll, look to our friend the Sorcerer.

Our top 5 guildies in terms of level are:
Bow'balth (Bowflexin) the Powertech at 47
Deathstryker (Deathstryker) the Juggernaut at 44
Methesa (Methesa) the Sorc at 43
Fuzzar (Fuzzballx) the Juggernaut at 42
Coldtouch (Coldtouch) the Sorc at 40

Our top guildies for classes are:
Bow'balth (Bowflexin) the Powertech at 47
Falkyn (SpyNavy) the Mercenary at 39
Methesa (Methesa) the Sorcerer at 43
Cerebus (Darth Nadar) the Assassin at 39
Medmey (Medmey) the Operative at 39
Cryxs (Petriefied) the Sniper at 32
Deathstryker (Deathstryker) the Juggernaut at 44
Vanquish (Artifice) the Marauder at 26

By level, here's our current breakdown:
1-10: 29
11-20: 78
21-30: 44
31-40: 19
41-50: 4

By far the most common place to log out of the game is the Fleet, with Dromund Kaas coming in a close second. This makes sense, as most of our guildies are currently in their teens.

I hope to do this semi-regularly to track how the guild changes over time.

Judging by how gchat has been hopping, it seems like folks are still having a really good time. Here's hoping everybody finds their 'legs' in-game, and these stats look even more awesome a few months from now. Here's to the end of 2011, IPP! And the start of the first year of SWTOR guild-dom. /cheers

Cool stats, thanks.

I was chugging along with my SI at a steady clip, reaching lvl 28 and then I got alt-itis. Working on a BH and Sniper mostly now.

Hard to believe Spy isn't the top 5 highest anymore.

Very cool stats!

Also, I know the Alt-itis feeling I have an extra level 11 from my main. I wonder how many of those ARE alts.

Dangit Hack, now we're going to have a million snipers. You were supposed to keep it a secret!

Thanks for compiling that! I tried the Sniper class and it didn't hook me. It is hella fun in PvP but in PvE, not so much. I like the Operative much better. I will update member notes for my toons, to indicate which is my main and alts.

Normally alts are probably around 50% of the total sometimes more.

This is great!

Cool stats. I'm way behind on leveling but I've also been playing in a family guild. Will be spending more time in the new year with the IPP gang.

And thanks for helping me make up my mind about whether to go operative or sniper.

I was also chugging along with my Sith Sorcerer, got right around 27-28 and decided I wanted a change from racking up the dark side points. So I rolled a light side sniper, and the story is a bit more refreshing refreshing. I was tired of being evil, rather than being tired of the story itself, if that makes any sense.

Either way, awesome stats and I hope it becomes regular.

This game needs to go on sale ASAP so I can play with all of you. COMMOOOOON SALE!

How is the sniper? I've heard some good things but I've also heard you're super dependent on finding good cover and that you're one dimensial compared to the operative.

You have permanent cover after a certain level, and plenty of tools/tricks to deal with baddies. It's still glass cannon, but the tank companion helps a ton!

If it wasn't for the companion, this class wouldn't work. It's got a kind of survival hunter feel to it, with some stuns and slows to get some distance between you and your attacker. It's quite a lot of fun.

Awesome stats, Zenke!

Nice work, Hack =)
