Post a Picture of Your Silly Purchase of the Month.

Neat. I wasn't aware the RPG was out yet.

It pre-released at GenCON, and hit FLGS in September. I just had it on my wishlist for a while, and was waiting until after the holidays just in case I had a lucky break from relatives.

I wasn't prepared for how tiny the Kindle Paperwhite would feel. The screen is gorgeous. These crappy smartphone pictures don't do it justice. I'm glad they put the name of the product all over it in case I forgot what it was - very thoughtful of Amazon.

STOP EDITING!

I have forum post OCD.

I am a sufferer of this as well so I'll allow it.

What book is that in the first pic?

Do you like guild wars or something?

What's that? Guild Wars? I may have heard of it.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've "only" got 3 maxed leveled characters and I need to go remedy that.

Sweet, Tscott! I love Steelseries stuff.

The Shattering, one of the World of Warcraft books by Christie Golden. I haven't read it yet, but her WoW novels are pretty good.

Can't get much sillier than a keyboard for a tablet, I think:

Been looking for a lightweight and noiseless machine for typing lots of text while on the couch, and a MacBook Air is a little too expensive right now.

I got something similar for my iPad. I love it. It doubles as a very helpful and sturdy stand.

What? They're totally portable. Stop looking at me funny.

Well, here's mine. It still might go back if I'm not totally in love with it by the end of the week, but I did due diligence and read everything on the internet first.

I love mine. I'll always use my Garmin when I'm actually running to get real performance data, but the FuelBand is awesome for reminding you that you've been sitting around too damn long and that you'd better get off your ass and do something active to hit that goal number!

The new NikeFuel Missions site is a decent attempt at adding a game element to the system. It's still pretty embryonic right now but I am looking forward to seeing what they do with it.

There are quite a few people around my office with Fuelbands, and they all love it. I wouldn't mind getting one to try out, but they're so expensive!

I like how the camera shifts a little bit to the left at the end to show off more silly purchases

This was not a silly purchase made by me, but my wife, for me for my birthday. It's going to be a fun weekend!

Not really a silly purchase, as it was one I'd wanted to make anyway, but it's my big purchase of the month, and hopefully for the next few... years. (The table and the lamp are the purchase, mind.)

I approve this purchase as I have enjoyed it myself and feel it is the best of the three.

Good luck with learning to draw.

Last night I finally broke down and picked this up.

Have been looking around to buy one as well. Sooooooon.....
Meanwhile, congrats Have fun with it!

Well it's just the controller. I hooked it up to my PC because I was getting frustrated be Archam Asylum, sleeping dogs and saints row 3. I still suck with controllers but it might make those games slightly less frustrating.

I have the same with some other games that I'd like to use it for: Super Meat Boy, Orcs must die 1+2 and some others.

Are you guys also console gamers, or predominately pc? I ask since I have played all those games, save Super Meat Boy, and have had no problems playing them on the pc with keyboard and mouse.

SMB is best played on a controller without a doubt. As is Trackmania.

I already have it saved to pdf on my computer and tablet; there's just something satisfying about turning pages and perusing the art by hand.

Oh man I hope my bid holds. Preemptive silly purchase of the month:
