Post a Picture of Your Silly Purchase of the Month.

The Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe manual was a great history book.

Man... I'm old... I had a lot of those and loved playing them.

I'm finding a lot of them are still very fun and playable today. Tornado especially.

Still looking for a copy of Gunship 2000, among us others, which also holds up wonderfully. A real proto-Longbow 2 that one.

Some good memories there. I played them all, though the big dog for me was Falcon 3.0. Using Arcnet to play over a LAN and doing everything possible to maximize memory after booting so that it would load.

I had this as a kid, read it a billion times, but lost it decades ago. Finally found an affordable copy and am happy to have it back in hand, hardcover this time, no less.

This will provide much needed reading practice, even though my level is definitely not high enough to be able to understand 100% of it...
