Portal 2 Catch-All

Finally got around to finishing this yesterday. Man, broken arms suck.

DLC is live! It's quite meaty too: 1.37gigs.

Who's up for some more co-op on 360?

FTFY

I sure do love me some Portal co-op.

PC/PS3 coop!

Is it out on PS3 yet? They're usually late updating their store, on Tues night.

Wait. Hold the presses. Cross platform multiplay? Why have I not heard of this?!

Only works with PS3 and PC.

Fan-made Aperture Science documentary.

The single player challenge mode is disappointing. It's just the campaign maps. Hopefully the coop is better.

Also, Portal 2 is the midweek sale, so 50% off until Thursday. I suppose I should pick it up and get to co-op with you folks!

And it works very well. I have played several times on PS3 with my Steam friends, with voice and everything. Sitting on my couch, shooting portals, oh yeah.

So mr_n00b isn't just a name, it's a lifestyle choice.

If the boot fits, wear it.

Finished the new coop stuff with Huzsar. It was way better and more than I expected. There is a whole story and 10 levels. It wasn't particularly difficult, but it was very fun. I'm surprised no one is talking about it.

Well, it did just come out today. A Tuesday. Some people have jobs!

It takes about 2-3 hours maybe to finish (at least, that's what it felt like). I forgot to mention that.

Though in my case, I'm still waiting for my best friend to finish the singleplayer so we can do the original co-op together. XD

Fun! Nice! Must have! In your Mp3 device of you choice. Why don't you download it? It's Free! (Warning : Might get you hype to play Portal 2, again, again.. and Again!)

I'm looking to try the new co-op on PC right now if I can find someone to play with. Any takers?

RAGE + Dark Souls + no new achievements on the new DLC = low priority. Also, it's been delayed almost 2 months (initial announcement said 'sometime this Summer), and there was very little fanfare when the actual release date was announced just last week.

I've heard that the challenge maps are just the chambers from the main campaign, is that correct?

Yep, for both sp and coop it keeps track of your time and portals used, and then presents them on a graph versus everyone else. The new content is a new coop chapter.

It's definitely nice, but I don't think it's anything to get too excited about.

Well, I wasn't excited about it because I didn't know how good the new coop was. If you've got someone to play with, I would say anyone should get excited. It would easily be worth $10 to me now that I've played it. I'm definitely not kidding about that. It's a steal for free.

There is a lot of new humor in this new coop chapter too. I was laughing the whole time.

Valve summer goes all to the end of September.

Ermmm..

*looks out the window at slate grey Seattle skies*

If that's the case, Valve don't seem to be applying their usual quality standards to their maintenance of summer.

It's been 80 damn degrees here for the last week. I'd say that still qualifies as summer.

Wow that is cool.

Picked this up on the Steam sale (was holding out for the Xmas wishlist). God, it's so good.

Well, the new challenge mode is completely awesome. It satisfies every OCD urge you've ever had. The problem is, I need more people on my friend's list to challenge me. Add me if you're having a go.

I've made it through the first section and a little bit of the second. I tend to plan out and repetitively try levels so my times are fairly fast, but there are definitely improvements that can be made.
