What are you playing this weekend?

TLJ is one of those games I wish I could erase from my memory so I could start a new file fresh.

Likewise. Still running around doing side quests at the moment before pressing on with the main story.

Also want to try to get through Still Life before the end of the month. So long as there are no more "lockpicking" puzzles I think we'll get along just fine.

Oh and some "DoozEx" game or something came out? Probably give that a whirl.

Also Precursors for a fiver?...that sounds about right to me. Sold.

You got my PM on how to play that on your current Wii, right?

I'm really enjoying it. Currently on chapter 4. But, because of the language, and having kids around. I usually have to play it at night

Yeah, Zach's tirade if you turn him down is pretty bombastic. Very well voice-acted, though.

Yep, and I'm not comfortable modding my console. Thanks for thinking of me, though!

As I continue to chip away at my pile of half-way finished games...

Just finished...

On to,

I don't recognize either of those.

V:TM Bloodlines, and.. Call of Cthulhu, Dark Corners of the Earth?

Yup.

Is that a texture/face pack for V:TM? I played it years ago but I don't remember it looking anything like that...

None of these are certain, but I hope to make progress in at least one or two of these:

Spoiler:

Faxanadu

I find it odd that, despite never playing it, I recognized this game on sight. Was always curious about this one as a kid but I guess I got swept up in my Zeldas and Castlevanias.

Probably the Wesp fan patch. It does make the game look much better.

My revised "if the power goes out" list:

Get back into

And maybe play through this classic again

From Dust, Parasite Eve, and Trying to Survive Irene.

Yup, that's the only mod/patch I've installed and that screenshot is pretty representative of the updated textures. There are still a few graphical glitches in the game, especially around water, but overall pretty stable.

I'll be playing the "can we add our own sounds, daddy?" and "can we make it work on mommy's tablet?" game.

I did about 1/3 or so of the beginner tutorial last night in 30 minutes.
So far, it is easier to get something playable than Scratch, by far.
And it outputs html5 so by adding the touch control behavior, we should be able to make something for the tablet pretty easy.

I'll be playing Borderlands and Call Of Duty: Black Ops. Along with the new Space Marine Demo.

*kicks Jayhawker*

I got that "play Madden 3 days early" e-mail too. Laughed and deleted it. You sucker.

And embarrassingly I will also be be playing:

After watching the Chiefs preseason game last night, I got a major itch to play some NFL football. I seriously handed EA $25 to play Madden early. I pretty much deserve to be kicked in the nads.

Have to add this to my weekend playlist. It's really good! and to think I got it for $1.50.

I'm playing help keep our NYC and NJ data centers online all weekend long ;p

Well my weekend ends Saturday:
- X3TC- Finished Poisoned Paranid in X3TC grinded reload for a good reward
- Terraria - watched nephews Terraria game play like chickens ,came home (30 yard walk~) and played a little myself. I mainly mining a meteorite and whacked the Eater again (summoned it myself).
- Dungeon of Dredmor

forecast:
- X3TC - I gotta work faction to buy some guns for my Hyperion.
- XCOM Interceptor - if I find the disc . Maybe I should get it on steam when it's on sale ( I'm a patient cheap scape )

I finished Homefront yesterday. Now I'm playing "catch up on reading until the power comes back on"

Uncharted 2, until 3AM, when the game and system completely froze on me. The Home button wouldn't even work, and I had to go hit the power button on the console. When I powered it back up I almost couldn't believe what time it said. I think I'm right near the end now.

That is a great freakin' game. I loved it.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution has rendered all other games on my system invisible, and I suspect it will until it's finished.
Ash on the iPod. Yay for old-school turn-based dragon-warror-esque stuff!

I'm enjoying it a lot more than the first, but there have been an increasing number of spots I was left wondering what to do. It could be that I was tired, though.
