Slowly but surely saving Faerun from a nasty tadpole infestation.
I didn't expect to be playing the Half Life 1 this weekend, but it looks like I might not have a choice
In case you're on the fence about it, the conference call talked about Half-Life (and Baldur's Gate) a while back.

Yes, it is time for a replay for me!

Just do it!
What's everyone's gaming plans for the long weekend?
I'm hoping to gorge myself on more Warhammer 40k Inquisitor Martyr, along with getting reacquainted with Starfield. Also the usual Final Fantasy XIV here and there.

That is so lovely to read. So glad you're enjoying the game.
For me, probably a lot more Cyberpunk 2077 with breaks of the aforementioned Inquisitor plus likely some Star Fleet II as well.
In my case, I'll likely be dividing my time between picking Darksiders II back up and figuring out where I'd left off, some DOOM 2016, some Lies of P, and some Luigi's Mansion and SMT IV during commutes. I've got a concert on Saturday (Gojira + Mastodon) so most of my gaming will be done from today (Wednesday) to Friday.
I had planned to wrap up Spider-Man 2, but traveling and the holiday will interrupt that. I will probably goof around with my Switch and play some Mario Wonder
Lies of P. Stuck on a mini-boss right now but close to defeating her.
Talos Principal 2. Also "stuck" on this one. Trying to solve one of the optional zone puzzles where you have to link a series of beams from inside some of the puzzle arenas to connect to a statue in the zone. Got the first part down but no idea what to do next.
Getting close to the end of the game it looks like. Just 3 more zones to do and the bonus golden gate puzzles.
I'll probably poke around a bit more with Redfall, which I picked up on sale (and may regret). Love the look of it but the little I played there wasn't much challenge.
Also have Alan Wake 2 on standby whenever I finish Lies or Talos.
Update: Guess Diablo IV becomes part of this. On Steam they're offering 6 days to play for free.
Worldless is out now, so I'm gonna be all over that. Maybe some Dungeons 4 to break things up a bit.
Unfortunately I can't afford any of the AAA releases that'll be on sale, so my wishlisted games, Realms of Ruin, Alan Wake, Talos Principle 2, AC Mirage, Teardown, Robocop, Remnant II, et. al. will have to remain on my wishlist for the time being. It's just as well, because I am likely to be out of commission for most of December and January thanks to surgery.
Fortunately there is no shortage of games on Game Pass.
I can't get enough Grim Dawn. It's the best ARPG I've ever played, and puts Diablo IV to shame.
Also trying to squeeze in some Stellaris...I'm trying to learn because it seems like a fascinating game, but it's still quite overwhelming. Baby steps. Hoping I can stick with it.
Still trying to get this nasty thing out of my eye before it turns me into a squid demon
Finish God of War (2018) - though I'll likely still be doing Valkyrie fights and exploring optional areas next week.
Make good progress in Vay
Potentially give Inscryption another chance. I bounced off of it HARD last year.
Start and finish episode 2 of The Expanse.
Possibly try again to get the kids (and myself) interested in Mario Wonder, since the weather is utter crap this weekend.
Little Nightmares II, if I have time to play anything.
Weird mix this weekend, if I play anything at all: Tomb Raider III (PC), Earth Defence Force 5 (also PC) and possibly Super Mario Wonder (SW).
Possibly more Diablo IV and Sniper Elite 5 co-op. I want to play more Disco Elysium and Sekiro for my GOTY deliberations.
I fished 13 Sentinels recently, so I'm going to fire up a recently bought Metroid: Dread, since I can finish that before I get to GOTY lists.
I’m still going to be random. Persona 5 Royale with cheese probably
Bought Suzerain for a fiver... but it seems I don't like the game, far too many texts
Robocop: Rogue City - wrapped this up last night. Thoroughly enjoyed it although there was plenty of jank and a few weird design decisions. Definitely the best 7/10 game you'll play this year!
Diablo IV - dipped in to Season 2 then quickly dipped out. But now I'm in a bit of a gaming doldrums so figured it's a good time waster while I figure out my backlog
Inquisitor - Martyr - Got the Battle Sister DLC so I'm going to see what all the fuss is about.
I played quite a bit of Diablo IV. I’m so into it. More so than I was at launch. Booting enemies as the barbarian or freezing everyone around me as a sorceress never gets old. The environment art continues to astound me. Phenomenal work.
Also, Shymlark and I finished the first Sniper Elite dlc (we have another dlc to go. Whoo!) and decided to dip into Returnal, a game we’ve both found very intimidating when venturing in solo. It’s fun co-op and we’ve agreed we’re not aiming to finish the game necessarily, just to experience it and have fun for a while.
I think it's time to really immerse myself back into Starfield.
Spider-Man 2! Thwip! Thwip!
Also, more than likely, some Teardown, Diablo IV and Sniper Elite 5
Probably more Diablo IV and Star Fleet II for me. Those UGAs aren't gonna conquer themselves.
Talos Principal 2 - Getting close to the end on this one. 1 more obvious puzzle zone to go through after finishing up the one I'm currently working on.
May abandon Lies of P. This last area of the game is just so unfun. I've stopped playing the game this week to give it a rest. Will see how I feel when I try again this weekend.
Diablo IV has been my go-to instead of Lies of P. And will likely switch over to that.
Also picked up all the Pinball M tables. These are "mature" pinball tables Zen Studios can't add to their Pinball FX product.
I've only played a bit of The Thing pinball table. I love the theme and that it has clips from the movie, and callouts from someone who sounds like Kurt Russell. It's a table with almost all ramps, which I'm not a fan of, but I love the theme so much I'm having fun with it so far.
The other tables are Chucky's Killer Pinball, Duke Nukem Big Shot Pinball, Dead by Deadlight, and it comes with the "director's cut" of Wrath of the Elder Gods, which is also in Pinball FX.
Have not had a chance to check out these other tables yet. But Chucky looks really good and Duke looks like it could be fun.
The Talos Principle (one) because two sounds good and it was on psplus extra and slowly luxuriating in BG3.
Hopefully finish Vay.
Work on Inscryption a bit.
Start and finish episode 2 and 3 of The Expanse.
Possibly spend a bit more time with Xenosaga Ep. III like last weekend.
Mostly the same as last week: Tomb Raider III (PC) and Earth Defense Force 5 (PC), with possibly some Super Mario Wonder (SW) thrown in.
Mostly the same as last week (WRC, an assortment of indie puzzlers, Cyberpunk DLC), with the addition of Talos 2 and Backpack Hero.
Hero Adventure: Road to Passion, at least, when I can squeeze a few hours in.
