Also, gone all day at the movies? What event is this?

They have the Hollywood Theater here in Portland that's showing ALIENS and West Side Story in 70mm on the same day. I got tickets to both, so with a semi-long travel time it'll take most of the day. They have really good pizza, popcorn, and beer, so it's going to be a great day.

Sunday will be my video game day.

That sounds amazing.

Wow I am really wishing I had more time as most games people are playing look amazing. I hope to have time for some more:

I'm planning on more insanity mode Mass Effect 2 on the 360, and have also started puttering around with Sherlock Holmes: Crime & Punishment on on XB1. I also plan to enjoy cleaning and reading.

With what little gaming time I'll have, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. It's one of the best games I've played this year.

Hoping to get some time in with Fallout 4 or Dragon Age Inquisition but realistically it will probably be just WOW.

How's this for First World problems: thought I had my magical weekend of undisturbed gaming time... but I remembered that it's EVO time. Woe is me, now I need to multi task.

Had a bad week at work. So I may play Uncharted 4 and Atelier Shallie. Going to beat a JRPG this year.

I'll be mostly playing Atelier Ayesha, Hyperdimension Neptunia U and Rescue Quest (Star Ocean 5)

Raw Data. So. Good.

I have Witcher 3, and Zero Time Dilemma in progress, plus Monster Hunter Generations just showed up, but I think I decided I'm going to make the push through and finish up DOOM before I go back to anything else. I'm a bit over halfway through, so it shouldn't take super long. Plus, with the baby finally making an appearance any day now, story-light games are kind of better.

Was too warm for VR in the UK this weekend and Transformers: Devastation is beginning to outwear it's novelty (either that or I was just too hungover for it) so I decided to start Everyone's Gone to the Rapture. It's another one of those walking simulators like The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, but with no puzzles. It's such a vivid and captivating place to explore though with some incredible audio/visual queues that really gave me the feels at times. Perfect for a Sunday Afternoon...

I am about to start the METRO Redux games. It looks like it'll be a great game. Excited to see what it will be like.

Looks like a sci/fi themed weekend for me.

South Park: Stick of Truth

Or

Assassins' Creed: Black Flag

... Probably South Park.

Not many play this anymore but after the new skirmish patch this week I have been having a blast beating up on the AI. Look forward to doing it some more over this weekend.

Not sure about this weekend. I started playing Total War: Warhammer, but like the rest of the series I feel my interest waning fairly quickly. I'm not sure why this happens with me and Total War games. On paper I should like them a lot. I figured if there was going to be a TW game that turned me around it would be the Warhammer one.

My newbling Revenant will be getting her twirling staff on in GW2 HoT.

Most likely more Monster Hunter Generations, but also possibly some Persona 3 Portable (because I am way way behind in the JRPG game club).

Blizz games have dominated 2016 and I expect that will continue this weekend, with more Silver league in Heroes of the Storm, maybe some Hearthstone too.

There's so much stuff I want to play but realistically I'm not getting to it until I get my next bout of Heroes burnout.

After finishing watching Stranger Things I've been mostly on a TV show catchup this past week (Orphan Black and Continuum) and so I'll probably be continuing this trend over the weekend (I'm thinking either Sense8, Extant or Under the Dome - although I'm thinking it's probably all downhill after Orphan Black TBH).

Game-wise I'm almost done with Everyone's Gone to the Rapture so I'll stick with some other smaller walking sims / adventure games I think, while trying to get back into the mood to do some more drawing/painting.

Headed to a beta test party with Thom Robertson, developer of Artemis the Starship Bridge Simulator. If it is like previous test parties, there will be 5-6 bridges all set up in one place for groups to play.

Mostly SFV practice to prepare for the release of Juri on Tuesday. And more Stellaris in the evenings.

Mother in law will be hanging about the whole time so I feel too self conscious to stream Furi. Also putting Witcher 3 on the back burner until I can give it the proper love.

For me it'll be mostly Grand Kingdom and Hyperdimension Neptunia U

I highly recommend Sense8!

i'll definitely be playing more Overwatch. Probably heading into the endgame of The Witcher 3. Possibly sailing the high seas of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD.

Work stuff means I'll be taking a crash course refresher in iOS development.

I also reserve the right to change my mind and do none of those things.

Being wishy washy so the new Doom. I'm stuck in an early part in hell. The teleporting demons with the red slashing attacks take a ton of health off and I get killed.

or Grandia 2 on Steam seems to be more relaxing. I already like Ryodo? He is a different type than the usual happy go luck protagonist.

C: Or just whatever shiny thing that happens to catch my attention.
...I am Setsuna or Ghost of a Tale

Envying everyone on this thread as I have to produce 3k or so words on the various Dallas Fort Worth top schools and districts and then do something similar for a Florida firm all the while dealing with bronchitis and strep throat... If I'm lucky, come Sunday, I can have some time to play? Hope springs eternal... here's to lord coffee keeping me marginally productive!

If I DO manage to get some play time in, Sly 3, 3D Dot Game Heroes, and a little bit of newly gifted (I got lucky) I Am Setsuna would be in order in nor particular order of importance.
