There is quite a log jam in the top 10 with human players. Good thing this will sort itself out with some games later in the season.

The marching band left the field and Kentucky forfeited. It was crazy.

59-0 win for LSU. Jordan Jefferson was player of the game.

Not to mention you could be back there very shortly. Also, TJ Mitchell still thinks Pittsburgh is awesome, even though I invited him to our game, Rutgers is still only #2 in his heart.

Kush, you stole my FS! Pistols at dawn, I say!

Whoops, sorry!

Let me put it in perspective: Would you rather be the one who lost a FS, or the one who lost 51-13?

I should have time after bowling to play my game tonight, but it is not gaurenteed.

Recruiting is not looking too good for the Wolverines right now.

It'd be one thing if I was losing recruits to you guys, but I can't seem to best the AI.

At this rate I'm going to have some guys going Ironman next season.

To be fair -- your class from last year completely rocked, so you have that to fall back on!

Bill when is a good time for you? I might be able to swing Wed, just depends on how tired my pregnant wife is. Friday or Saturday would be better.

Sat will be fine I get home in the morning 9am est can play then or anytime after 8pm est.

So angry today...Texans blew it in OT last night, so I got on to play my game and take out my anger on ECU.

They jumped out to an early lead, but by the 4th quarter I had come back to within 4 points (31-27) with ~2 minutes left. Onside kick failed, but on the first play from scrimmage, I get a sack and force a fumble! Huzzah! Start driving down the field to score, and MY XBOX LOCKS UP! FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!

I could not face trying to play the game again, so I threw my controller down and went to bed in a huff.

efa, :p j/k

That sucks Big, I've lucked out so far in this dynasty. I've had a few games lock up in other dynasties

No, at that point i would need to buy a new TV because I would have thrown the controller through it.

Just an FYI, Shag and I will be losing work access soon. I will have it thanks to my laptop on an unrestricted WiFi connection, but that access will be few and far between. Shag is SOL after he reboots for lunch.

DONT GO TO LUNCH!!!

I am in the IT department, I was the one to tell him he needs to.................I feel like such a traitor to the league.

At least he gave me a work around after he told me that I was going to lose access.

I'm home! But I feel like crap. All went well, and I now have piece of mesh the size of Texas covering my gut. But holy hell, it is impossible to sit or lay down comfortably.

They cut me off the morphine early this morning. I was not pleased. When getting out of bed takes 10 minutes of pure pain, I think some morphine was called for.

The hospital had free wifi, but apparently has something against gamers, just about every gaming site, including GWJ was blocked. But I did watch an episode of SG:U on my iPad this morning. Apparently that raised a flag, because when I tried to watch another one during lunch, it was blocked.

I'm not sure when I will feel up to playing my game. I should get my recruiting in, but sitting on the couch is still an iffy proposition. When is the roll date?

The roll date is Monday 7am. Take your time and get better. There is no rushas others haven't played yet.

Glad to hear it went well. And yes, get better. no rush!

f*ck this f*cking game. Teleporting LBs intercept me 50 times and my RB and WRs all get fumblitis on the same day, which happens to also be the day I have about 15 recruits visiting. NCAA and I are done professionally.

ND defeats USC, 39-19.

I thought this was going to be a very long game for me. I received the opening kickoff, fumbled the ball, and watched them rumble in for a TD. (They missed the PAT.) Then my offense went 3-and-out. Their offense just dominated me, especially running the ball. Now they were up 13-0. I'm pretty tired, as I've not gotten much sleep the past week. But those two TDs pissed me off and woke me up a bit, so ND ran the no-huddle to perfection and scored a TD on a ~75 yard drive in 1:07. I got another chance a few minutes later, taking a long drive in for a TD and going up 14-13 at the end of the 1st quarter.

USC scored just after the beginning of the 2nd quarter on a 53 yard run by their star HB, although they missed the PAT. However, that's when I got really pissed and started putting on the pressure. By the end of the game, my defense had sacked USC's QBs 9 times. USC had respectable yardage stats, but in addition to those 9 sacks, they were 0-3 in the redzone, including a missed FG from the 2 yard line after a fantastic goal line stand by my defense. I guess the bad kicker bug / feature affected them! They were also only 20% effective on 3rd down conversions and 0-3 on 4th down conversions, with two of those ending in sacks.

QB Dayne Crist was very good. He threw for 315 yards on 25-33 passing. His lone INT was because he was hit hard as he threw to a slant route, completing the pass to the LB instead. TE Kyle Rudolph must have been the player of the game with something like 12 catches and 150 yards receiving. The running game was fine, with 90 yards from my two HBs.

There's a great clip on the dynasty site of Rudolph trying to muscle his way in for a TD, fumbling in the rain right into the hands of one of the WRs, who carries it in for a TD. Good times!

I played my game last night, and rolled to a win against Nevada. It was a good tuneup for Kellen Moore and the boys before they face ND next week.

Speaking of which -- I leave on Saturday morning and won't return until Christmas Eve. If we don't roll the week before then, I hope everyone is okay with perhaps having a bit of an extended period over the holiday to get our next games in...

BTW, some amazing matchups coming down the stretch run, which could impact schools National Championship dreams:

#3 Boise St at #11 Notre Dame
#6 Rutgers at #5 LSU
#5 LSU at #1 Alabama
#5 LSU at #14 Pittsburgh
#6 Rutgers at #3 Boise St

I would have to imagine, if LSU runs the table, they will be the #1 seed going into the Championship game.

There's a big discrepancy between the Coaches and Media polls. I'm ranked third in the Coaches, and fifth in the Media, with both LSU and Washington ahead of me. I'm hoping Leroy can beat Bama, as they've been undefeated for both seasons thus far.

Of course, I have to win my two remaining human games. Well, let's be honest, if I beat Firesloth, it'll be all downhill from there.

One of the reasons I took LSU is because Bama is ALWAYS in the top 5. ALWAYS!! Drives me nuts. Someone needed to be in the SEC to take them down.

I have a tough road ahead of me.

Looks like Jayhawker played his game. Does that mean we are ready to roll? If so, I can play Firesloth tonight or tomorrow before he leaves.

Edit: Nope, looks like the Wolverines still have to play, along with Washington and Navy. (Go Navy!)

What will Rutgers and Legarrette Blount have in common after Week 14?

In one of my offline dynasties, Alabama wasn't even in the top 10, either in year 1 or 2! It was great!!!
