Edit: Also, thanks go to oilypenguin for providing the PayPal account and overseeing the process.

You are truly amazing. Thank you!

Ordered.

I was looking for somewhere to let you know my forum handle and didn't see anything. Oh well, not important, it'll arrive at my doorstep all the same.

Thank you for the kind words, Amoebic

Oversight on my part - that's been added

Ordered!

I just wanted to pop in and say how amazing this looks, I will be buying one ASAP

Thanks to 7Inchsplit and Trueheart for the hard work. I think this should raise quite a bit of money.

Also, for italicizing my name.

Anytime, oilypenguin, anytime...

Oh man, it's like the letters are making a sharp turn. Italics mean excitement.

On a more serious note, please everyone, tell others about this thread and the awesome thing we're doing as a community. The profit margin for child's play is really quite outstanding because of the generous donation of time an effort that Trueheart and his company are making.

If we spread this around enough, we can really make a difference to some kids this year and seeing as we've only been at this two weeks, that's really remarkable.

Awesome! Bought!

I'm

Right now I think there's just too many threads. Gonna need to keep bumping this to the top of the forums to get noticed more.

And now that things are nailed down I'm sure Certis will mention this in the Conference Call and post a link to it in the show notes. I don't think this was up in time for this week's show, but I'm sure you guys are in contact with him.

Okay, I'm not really saying anything you all don't know, but blathering on to bump the thread.

Woooooot! Trueheart for the win. Orders will be placed shortly. Linkage from the S&T Heard 'Round the World to follow.

Thanks to all who made this a reality!

In for one; awesome stuff!

Come on people — keep ordering!

We might need to escalate it to management. Especially if they make a mention of it on the conf. call, with a link to the drive in the show notes.

Though Certis did say it's an unofficial tie-in, it sounds like they're willing to pimp the effort.

Just repeating this. The cost Trueheart is getting us, especially in terms of printing, is really phenomenal. To get this price per unit through any other vendor, we'd probably have to order hundreds of posters, if not more.

Also, glad everyone is digging on the poster! I myself bought two.

They have been kept in touch every step of the way. I think they're figuring out what the want to do to help. Both Sean and Shawn have access to the paypal account we're using, so they know how much we're bringing in.

Just wanted to reiterate that Shipping is free domestically and internationally.

How did this make it to the 3rd page? Oilypenguin — You got some 'splainin to do!

Done. Awesome print, guys.

What are you looking for here, a bump an hour?

We'll get front page once we get a podcast mention.

Ordered, but I'll be at the Cleveland S&T so no shipping needed.

Nope — but a day without posting makes one Oily

Gross.

Er, bump.

They make soap for that, TH.

I think I'll order 2. 1 for the party itself and 1 as a prize for... something.

Cmon now, the bumping is so transparent. Not going to endear anyone to your cause or get many more eyeballs on it than have already seen it.

I can understand folks disliking bumps, but the suggestion that it won't get more eyeballs is entirely UNtrue. Routinely folks post on topics that they didn't see originally, but only once they've been bumped back to front page status do they find out about things. That's science, boys and girls.

Hedge, Tag! Grats =)

But seriously, we need to do some bumping now and then the thread will pick up a bit more once we're mentioned on the call. I imagine it'll be next week, but we'll see.
