I'm mildly intrigued - the trailer had a very Battle Royale/Clockwork Orange sensibility to it - must have been the classical music playing over the violence.
I avoid online multiplayer because my brain still works.
Color me interested! Looks exactly like Wet done well. I am shocked (shocked) at the lack of boobs evident.

Originally heard it described as "Itagaki's new game is a shooter", which disappointed me a great deal since I was hoping for something more creative. Fortunately those folks were simplifying it way too much, as this game looks to combine a lot of cool elements. Don't know why, but the ease which the character jumped from one platform to the next on the building that was under construction is what got me most excited.

There are boobs in the trailer. You just usually see them from behind.
There is literally nothing about that trailer that really interests me. It looks like a cross between Bulletstorm and No More Heroes, without the ambition of the former or the style of the latter. Add on top of that the fact that it's going to be ridiculously difficult and I don't think I need to pay $60 to stroke Mr. Itagaki's ego.
