Left 4 Dead 2 Catch All

While it's possible my team might have lost (who remembers scores) it was worth it to watch Switch attempt to run to the saferoom by himself with nothing but the chainsaw-- while Burnt was right behind him being pulled. I don't blame him, I wouldn't have tried to save Burnt either.

Dammit!

I got the team back by stopping to heal in the house on the next map just before the final run on the train bridge. If we had simply kept moving we would have made it. Nearly a TSN Turning Point for you guys there.

Nearly.

Thanks to everyone who played last night. I think it was the best game of Cold Steam that I've been a part of for a long time.

I'd like to kill some zombies tonight if the mood strikes 7 other people.

Lots more fixes to Cold Stream patched today... is it worth playing yet or still crap?

I want to apologize for bailing last night. I had put a time limit on how long I could play and didn't realize that I had gone way past it (promised the wife I would watch a show with her before going to bed). That's why I was wanting to play a really short map last night.

Jerk.

The front page of this post should have a list of all the players that have left mid game. List of Shame!

Well, temporarily ignoring the potential trademark infringement to focus on the topic at hand....

Let us not be to harsh on the mid-game exiters, for it is they that open the door for us Johnny-come-lately's who would like to play but sometimes miss the initial announcement.

Does it count if you fall over drunkenly while still in the lobby?

Hey! I resemble that remark!

Who was it that got so drunk they fell asleep during a match? I know it happened to someone many, many pages ago but can't remember who it was. That was a funny thing to read, if not to have lived.

Pretty sure that was OG.

Couldn't have been. I have no memory of such a thing.

Yeah, that's kind of amazing. Also, probably not a good thing to repeat.

For those who wonder what Taco Town is about: http://www.hulu.com/watch/1447/satur...

I can only imagine the boomer ate one, then the ending scream seals the deal.

Fedora is the only person who plays the game as it is supposed to be played. He leaves everyone for dead.

This is only true because the game isn't called "Left 4 Dead and on Fire" - otherwise Prozac would certainly qualify.

But Fedora has never left me for dead. perhaps my own personal sample size is too small. This will require further gaming and study.

Fedora! Quickly! To the zombie depository!

Just make sure that you remind them that fire's the cure for everything.

Only thing I can't cure with fire is my son's heart condition

Spoiler:

That's right, I just brought you all down! Know what cures THAT? Fire. The answer is Fire.
