Blu-Ray player with both Netflix streaming and Amazon VOD?

I can find ones that do one or the other but nothing yet that seems to do both.. does anyone know of a model that does? Not for me... looking for a Christmas gift for a fairly non-technical person (so PS3's are out)

I know that Roku boxes can do both, but I too am stymied on a Bluray player that does. Panasonic seems to be the go-to for Amazon, and I'm pretty fond of the Samsung BDP-1590 for Netflix.

I suppose if Panasonic got access to Netflix streaming that would probably be the go-to, though.

Is there a price limit? Because HP is offering net-top PCs with Blu Ray drives in the 7-800 range.

Roku has the player, but there are not any current blu ray players natively supporting Amazon on demand.

Not true; Panasonic just added Amazon VOD like I mentioned, back in January.

Yeah anything that is PC related will just be to complicated... and I need the optical so the Roku is out... as this will function as the DVD player as well.

I'll probably just give up and get something with Netflix as thats probably more useful than Amazon VOD

Probably the best bet. In that case, I'll throw down a recommendation for Samsung's BDP-1590, it's what I've got. It's been very responsive, updates easily and quickly, Netflix comes across fantastic. Good all around player IMO.

Well... I hit another snag.. the Blu-Ray player needs to have wifi as there is no way a wired connection would work...I guess I could try Powerline though.. but wifi would be much easier (for me lol)

edit

there seems to be exactly one wifi BD Player (the LG BD390)

ooops..found a Samsung that has wifi and netflix.. problem solved!
