Name that movie thread

That's got to be REC.

Yeeep. You're up!

Freeplay.

Baby Driver?

EDIT: Oh, I somehow didn't see the train! Thought the car was just rounding a building.

Off to get my eyes checked...

Inception

(unless it's a trick)

It is Inception. Not a trick!

Everything I'm thinking of right now would be incredibly obvious so...

Another free play!

There's nothing wrong with obvious. Sometimes it's fun to throw out an easy one.

Allrighty then.

(I discovered what I believe to be a non-obvious amuse bouche.)

The Menu.

I hate you.

Well done. The Menu.

(Or was it the phrase “amuse bouche” that gave it away?)

Ha! No, I recognized the character at the head of the line - the staff member who shows them around at the start.

New one:

I have no clue.

I'll leave it up for a day or two more.

Clue: It's French and was remade (abysmally) into English at one point.

Clue 2: Features Johnny Halliday in a rare acting role.

Only movie I know like that is La Femme Nikita. And I don't think Johnny Halliday is in La Femme Nikita.

(I am not a French film buff... :D)

It's called "L'Homme Du Train" or "Man on the Train". I recommend it highly.

Free play, I guess.

Nother one:

Last Holiday?

Yes it is!

Are relatively well-known (in my opinion) foreign movies fair game?

If not then I've got another clue in the queue!

They are fair game.

Cool, then my screenshot stands!

That is tickling my brain. I recognize all of this, but names and plot are escaping me.

Here's a couple more before we call it. Tricky to get better quality stills of these older movies from the tubes.

Pretty sure it's not Hero (with Jet Li) but it reminds me of it. Haven't seen that in forever but 20 year old me loved it.

looks too goofy to be Hero, but I kinda thought the same thing.
