Name that movie thread

Maybe this one will last a little longer?

Looper?

So much for lasting a little longer. It’s Looper!

Ha! That was a bit of a guess... I recognized Paul Dano but wasn't sure which movie it was.

Speaking of Dano:

How about this:

That would be... Cowboys and Aliens. A perfectly cromulent movie directed by Jon Favreau.

That's correct!

Your turn, Ken!

Ack! I completely forgot, sorry!

Is that Quick Change, maybe? I can't remember who the cop was in that - it might have been Jason Robards

You are correct!

It's not Jock to the Future, no.

Hey, someone I recognize. My Private Idaho?

Yes!

Too much grass to be Mad Max, so I'm going with Death Race 2000

Indeed.

There's quite a lot of grass in the first Mad Max movie.

Recently watched this one for the first time.

You got it!

I'm not sure which part of that movie seems more fictional anymore. The helicopter or a cop who is concerned about the militarization of the police.

I don't know why, but the partner's death scene always stayed with me.
