Recommend me a new mouse.

The biggest problem with Razer is just that Synapse is trash software and they require you to keep it installed for most of their mice.

Logitech is still fine IMO. I use a G304, a G703, and a G900 on a daily basis.

The 703 combined with the PowerPlay mousepad is hands down the best mousing setup I have ever owned and used. Wireless, lagless (tests actually faster than the vast majority of wired mice, yes for real) and I never have to take time out to charge it.

I picked up a G502 on recommendation a few weeks ago and so far I like it. I switched from a G500 which had lasted me over 5 years and I packed it into a bag a couple times which probably shortened its life expectancy. I am hoping the G502 lasts about as long.

I'd still recommend Logitech or A4tech. They're relatively cheap, reliable, and deliver what's on the tin. I've bought 4 Razer products - Mamba, the keyboard, one of the headsets, and Orochi. All disappointed me.

Just got this mouse today. I haven't used it yet though.

Arise thread! I'm looking for feedback from Malkroth (and others) about the G502. I'm looking to replace my old G500 (this time, for good), because the cursor is starting to skip in corners and it's just all around acting weirdly. Really want something with some weird (adjustable is best) and possibly infinity scroll. I'm seriously looking at the Logitech G502 Proteus. Thoughts?

EDIT: Never mind, I got the itch and pulled the trigger. Will report back when it arrives.
