RIP Patrick Swayze

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_obit_s...

Another bit of the 80s passes on.

He will be greatly missed.

That's too bad.

now who will protect baby from the evil corner monsters?

From everything I've read, he seemed to be a talented entertainer and a unassuming, humble, decent human being--a rare combination these days. He will be missed, but I'm glad for him that his suffering in this life is over.

Someone finally put Baby in a Corner.

Sad news.

My hat's off to a fellow native Houstonian.

Chris Farley had sexier moves. RIP.

RIP Bodhi

Wolverines!

This one doesn't really come as a shocker, since he's had pancreatic cancer for a while, but still a bummer. RIP Mr. Swayze, you will be missed.

Just a fool to believe I had anything he needed.

I think I need to watch Red Dawn this weekend. Very sad news.

And let us not forget this clip...

PAR

Wolverines indeed!

I desperately need to know if you made that, or found it somewhere else. I was just thinking about how disrespecting the dear departed was about on par with a Kanye maneuver. Too funny.

And now I'm wondering if the word Kanye is going to become slang for doing something totally unclassy that demonstrates a complete lack of character.

Back to Swayze, though, he should get to keep this thread...

Only a matter of time until his kiddie porn hideaway is found. He should have feared the cancer instead of loving it.

Still more moved by Jim Carroll's death, but the world lost some talent today.

Certainly he's got a porn buddy:

It's sad, he was a great actor, I had actually watched dirty dancing for the first time around a month ago and it was pretty good, but I hope he rests in peace and my prayers are with his family and friends.

Oh no. It's a sad day, indeed. May he rest in peace.

Remember, pain don't hurt.
