Goo Gone is your friend for whoever does the removing of stickers / any stubborn residue. Always good to keep a bottle around.

Yes. I even upgraded it with a SSD. I keep hanging onto it because I bought Logic Pro and set it up on there. I'm not going to use it. It's been in a box for several years.
