I am considering jumping into a PSP baseball game this season but don't really have an idea of where to start. Are any of you taking the plunge? If so, which one and why?

Do you happen to have a PS3? If you do, get both demos (though they may only have them for the PS3, but still . . .) and see which you like better. For me, I prefer the Show because I like the mechanics better. That's the most important thing to me in a sports game.
I'll be buying neither this year because I don't have the capital to spend on more sports games. They've run their gambit for me.
How did I live before digital distribution of old, cheap games?
You did live before digital distribution of old, cheap games. Now you just play games.
I played the Show 08 on my PSP last year, and absolutely loved it. Never tried the 2k series, so I can't really make a judgement on that, but you can't go wrong with the Show.

I do not have a PS3 but I've still heard nothing but good things about The Show for the last couple of years. The sim qualities of the series read better and better each season.
I liked the 08 demo but didn't pull the trigger. I think this might be the season (especially if I find it on sale). The PSP is a huge factor in my gaming time nowadays.
