Steam games are region-restricted, so as a Canadian I'm only able to gift games to friends who also live in my country. No such restrictions on gifting Steam Gift Cards?

This may be an ignorant questions, but how would I go about searching for a forum on Civ V? I realize I can go to "Games & Platforms" and painstakingly drill down, but isn't there a search tool for forums by name? I tried picking up my own group outside GWJ but I wound up with 12-year-olds. Not that I don't love 12-year-olds, but...

I may be thick (of course I am, I'm 79 years old and mildly demented, though you might not know to look at me,) but I would be highly interested in forums for Civ IV, V and VI. They're my favorite games, pretty much. Plus Minecraft.
I'd like to find ALL of these forums on this site. Did I say I was demented? I forget what I was talking about.
However, be that as it may, is there a way at this site to search Forums and Subforums by title? That's how I hope to find the answer to my questions.
The best way to find things on this site used to be Google with "site:gamerswithjobs.com" at the end. However, with the ongoing enshittification of Google, I don't know if that is still the case.

I just got a fishy link from Motley on Steam chat. Probably got hacked. Unfortunately there are two people with similar names here on GWJ and so I am not sure which one I should DM about it.
