Online Community Managers- help!
Anyone who has professionally managed an online community:
I have a final round interview coming up for a community manager position for a major casual gaming company.
While I have had lots of experience in online communities as a contributor, on this site and others, I could use help in learning from others what has and hasn't worked for people in terms of KPIs, growth targets, branching out in scope, SEO, SEM, and all the other fun business terms I learned in the last 2 years getting my MBA.
