Austin Slap & Tickle Presents: The Goodjer Compound

Fisto and Tickle?! I will see if I can show up, I will even try to bring the wife with me She is getting good at Guitar hero and I do enjoy a game of GTA so it looks like a win win.

Count me in!

As far as short nick for boysetsfire I would recommend "sets"

I'm down with Toys and Fisto but I need to be a little drunk first.

Do I get to be consulted on this matter?

Depends on if you're using "consulted" as a euphemism or not.

My behymen shall remain intact if it's the last thing I do!

The laughter that comes from reading that first definition is of a pureness that I may never know again.

That's funny, between Luna's rainbow and Zero's... fruit, I was sure there's some pegging going on.

We do our best to bring mirth in the the lives of those around us.

Thanks for that grump.. when clicking the link I had an idea behind the word then I got to see it in print and then I get to think about how much it would suck!

This thread is OUT OF CONTROL! But that why we all like the Austin Slap & Tickle or Toy and Fisto...

Sounds cool. What part of Austin?

Northeast Austin.

Rolanberry and I had made up our minds to attend before I read this page. Reading it just makes me want to attend all the harder.

So it's possible that I, Danjo, Luna, Zero, Yoyo, and Soul will all be in the same place at the same time? Good lord throw in Fletcher and Spork and we could have a Zombie night on a LAN.

Ok, zero and I will be there for sure. Where's a good place to stay that's relatively close?

Grump had the info about hotels last time. I can't even remember the one we stayed at.

Actually, the other thread still has the hotel suggestions.

Here we go. It wasn't great, but you can sleep there and it was cheap compared to the surrounding area.

Tents!

Thanks, Chiggie. It looks like we'll still need a car in order to get to souldaddy's place from the hotel. That's no problem though since we're flying in Thursday and plan to do some touristy stuff.

Danjo can drive you around.

Awesome. I'm in Pflugerville, myself. Shouldn't be a long drive.

If you can, try to get a room on the outside (i.e. not facing the pool) of the building and you'll solve most of the problem we (and I think this was Chig's issue as well) had during our stay - people partying in the courtyard.

Also note that I merely gave it a very light recommendation based almost exclusively on the price:location ratio. There are certainly nicer places, but they'll cost you more. (There are also cheaper places, but you wouldn't want to stay in them. ;))

I don't think there are any hotels within walking distance of Souldaddy's and even the closest bus stop will be a bit of a hike... but there will (should) be plenty of GWJ'ers around to offer a lift if a car is out of the budget. Personally, I'd go mad(der) without the freedom of my own transportation but I'm just saying...

Nope. Their unofficial city slogan is "Stuck between a Rock and a Weird Place."

Edit: Specifically, that's between Round Rock (home of Dell) and Austin.

I wish I had. Then I wouldn't have to put up with seeing everything that starts with an 'F' being spelled with a 'PF', like the Pfun Pfestival. The town newspaper (the Pflag) shares a name with a gay/lesbian group, which seems odd, because it's Texas.

That close and you haven't done a movie run/rock band gathering or whatever. Actually I'm Thinking about hitting up Ironrock Raceway next weekend and do some laps. If your interested let me know.

He is just a Coffee Grinder, Devmani.

Ya know, I'm tempted to buy a pair of hulk hands and paint the right one silver and chase people around the house during the party. It's a good photo-op for sure.

Hey, Devmani, can we get your Juggernaut B*tch friend to come? :-p

If you want to pay for the plane ticket, and it's like 5 guys. It's a whole crew of them.
