Can I vote for Step by Step or maybe Family Matters? I can't remember if Full House had words or not.
edit* Duck Tails could be fun, but it might take a while.
My vote's for Diff'rent Strokes, actually.
Is the
Ghostbusters, perhaps ?

Just when you thought this thread couldn't get any more ridiculous, now we're relating pictures of Howie Mandel to the Fresh Prince.
I f*cking love all of you.

I love that theme song... sing it again everyone.
This is what legends are made of, truly.

Arise thread.
Watched the first three episodes of the new series Bel-Air, a more serious take on the story. You need PeacockTV to watch all the episodes but the first episode is free.
Free peacock or one of the pay tiers?
Best thread ever.
It's up there
Here's the trailer for those who haven't seen it.

Man, that's some serious necromancy right there. I saw this thread show up in my tracker and I thought it was a bug or something -- like, "I sure don't remember posting in a thread about Fresh Prince." Turns out!
On the topic of the new show though, I'm torn. My instant reaction when hearing about a "gritty reboot" of Fresh Prince a few weeks ago was like, "nah, don't need that." But that trailer doesn't look half bad? Hm!
I love this thread. It is basically how I got tagged.
Thank you for necroing it!

There is some cheesy/cringe moments in it, but for the most part it is pretty, pretty, pretty good. They changed the characters enough to make them new and interesting while still giving us familiarity into who they are.
The first episode is free on Peacock, but the rest requires a subscription. It is $5 a month with limited commercials, which has been around 1 or 2 per episode which are an hour long which isn't too bad.
Edit: I should mention that there is cursing and racial slurs used in the show so probably not for the little ones.
