I hate the NBA but have a massive amount of respect for Tim Duncan and Steve Nash. In a sport that features players who glamourize the thug lifestyle those two are completely different.

It is rather refreshing to see two people working beyond the ideologies that govern NBA and sports stars in general. THere's this unwritten rule that you become either an athelete at some point or a nerd and journalists always seem so excited, especially when you read their puff pieces, when they unearth these guys that have a life beyond their sport which is not defined by the fact they are atheltes.
