So what is this? Some sort of cross between MySpace and Facebook? Or is it more than yet another social networking site.
it's for stalkers to more easily know what their victims are doing, eliminating the need to actually, ya know: stalk.
Are you caught up in the Twitter craze? It's a program akin to an away message or status update, telling people what you are doing. Self-proclaimed code / tea / etc. man Duncan Mackenzie has found a way to tie in his love of Twitter with his Xbox 360 gamertag. With just a few quick installs and a computer left on, the Xbox Twitter will check your gamertag status every few minutes and update your Twitter account to reflect any updates.
I notice a few of your have fallen off the Twitter wagon. Prepare to be tsk tsk'd by me.
Tsk, tsk.
I'm too lazy to update my status 5 times a day.
Here's mine if anyone is interested, I just signed up last week, it seems they must be doing some work to it, my IM updater has been offline for several days now.
I set up a Twitter account early last week. I don't know how long I'll keep at it but I do like how they've made it incredibly easy to post with: Instant Messenger, Web, and Text Message.
I for one welcome our new Twitter overlords.
I haven't set up an account yet.
I have next week off, maybe I'll check it out from home if I don't forget.
There are some apps you can use for twitter updating. Twitterific on OSX is awesomeness in a bottle. Twitteroo for the PC works pretty well too. I don't update from IM anymore, mostly because of the massive IM outage they had a month or so ago.
I was having trouble just updating from the website today. I was having trouble adding people as friends too. Oh well, hopefully they get things worked out. However, I do like the idea that a cat is working on their servers.

That being said, this has to be the best 505 error message EVAR:
Not when it comes up intermittently for days on end... *grumpy face*

For those people running Firefox, TwitBin is a Twitter sidebar that sits right in your browser. If anyone actually manages to get the damned thing to login, however, then please share your U83R1337SKllZ.
This might be only funny to twitter people (or perhaps only me?) but this has got to be my favorite first post on twitter yet:
wtf.. why. what do you mean what am i doing.. what are You doing.. jerk.

You are added. Welcome to the cult, here's your punch.
Great! Be gentle. I've never been in a cult before...
Here's how twitter seems to me:
12:16 Taking a crap
12:17 Wiping
12:18 Back at my desk
12:19 Scratching my ass
12:23 Bored, firing up a game
12:56 Phone call. I hate work.
Sorry, I just don't get it.
My favorite Twitterers post maybe twice a day, and I almost always LOL each time.
I hope you suffer for saying that. Horribly. GO BACK TO MYSPACE!
Well, I thought twitter was kind of dumb, until I started using it. But, I really enjoy getting these glimpses into everyone's life. And reminded that Edwin is playing video games almost all day, while I'm working.

No kidding. My typical Twitter home page looks something like this:
TheRealEdwin: playing Halo 3 Beta
TheRealEdwin: playing Halo 3 Beta
TheRealEdwin: playing Halo 3 Beta
TheRealEdwin: I only slept 4 hours from playing Halo 3 beta all night long
TheRealEdwin: playing Halo 3 Beta

We hates you Edwin.
