A 20" Laptop? With detachable KB? Wow!

This thing looks absolutely amazing. Check out the handle and the exterior design. This is really slick.

Can we expect a Gameguru report on one of these?

Looks pretty slick.. but in the end $3500+ on a non upgradable system that you really wouldnt be lugging around that often seems like a waste.. you could build a top end PC with SLI and probably a 24" or 30" LCD to boot for that money..

Now if I was a heavy duty Lan Gamer that seems like a good machine to buy.. fairly easy to transport and it should run games pretty well.

This would be pretty awesome for a LAN gamer like Guru said. I don't understand why it only has an X1800 though, why not throw in the better 7900GTX go? Especially for that price..

I _think_ it's about dedicated memory. I haven't done exhaustive searches, but every time I see an nVidia card in a laptop, it has that Hypercache or whatever nVidia calls it. Yeah, the topline says "256M" but if you read the fine print, it usually says "64M onboard, up to 256 shared". I _think_ this particular card actually, really, truly has 256M onboard.

Well the X1800 mobile is pretty damn good..your not getting that much more if any with the 7900GTX Go

Hmm, the 3dMark05 benchies I saw for the X1800 were around the 5,500 mark, where the X1800XT got around 7,500. The 7900GTX has been getting 8,500 on average as well as 512MB dedicated opposed to 256. Is it an XT or vanilla in the 2010?

The thing looks like hot sex though, I'd be damned if I didn't want that thing on my desk.
