Help me find a specific screen saver!

I used to have this on my Linux box way back when and I'd love to find it for my current XP box because it kicked butt!

It was called "Virtual Machine" or something similar.

It would fill the screen with fixed width ASCII characters and then proceed to systematically swap/flip colors/backgrounds/characters in a seemingly pseudo random way... think Matrix meets Old W98 defragger detail view.

Am I crazy? Should I start looking through my old Redhat disks to find this?

I'm not even sure a Windows compatible version exists! In which case... what program would you suggest for writing a replacement?

Has anyone run into this gem?

Alternatively... If you know what I'm talking about and can give me more info about the original to help me along in my search I would greatly appreciate it!

Speaking of hard to find screen savers, my buddy was running irix (I think) on his indigo and it had this cool fireworks screen saver that was retro in the style of missile command. They never make the cool things for windows.

Oh my gosh.... I love you!
If you ever need a kidney, semen, whatever... just say the word!

Now to see if it actually installs....

EDIT It's actually BETTER!
Thank you again for finding this!

Looks distinctly undertstated old-skool. Nice.
