Funny but I wouldn't that on me for the rest of my life.

I mean, I'm going to have ADHD for the rest of my life. I wouldn't be too keen on the tag line sticking around forever, but the ADHD band logo is a solid choice.

Remember these? I think I had both at different times

I loved that joystick for Wing Commander, X-Wing, and Descent. Never had drift issues. It just worked.

I wanted the pro that had the left/right swivel and the hat with extra buttons but could never afford it. Now that I can there isn't a game that uses it and I don't have a serial port to plug into.

I was a trackball acolyte for years, and converted a bunch of friends and family. My dad still uses one today. I would still be using one too, but it wasn't great for gaming. Plus using that all day for work and then controller gaming at night started causing thumb pain.

I didn't have that specific joystick but a very similar (maybe earlier) one that was red and black, with a button on top like that one has. I loved that thing.

I had the CH Flightstick Pro, and it was amazing. I used it for flightsims, MechWarrior 2, and even Interstate 76. Years later, they made a USB version that might still be available today.

I used a trackball exclusively for about a year. It was college, you're supposed to experiment.

I remember Dad had a big trackball for some reason and I tried it out with Quake for a bit. I rather liked it once I got used to it. Oddly enough the key was reversing the Y axis and pretending the trackball was the character's head. It's an imperfect metaphor but it worked for me. I've dabbled with the thumb-size ones too but those never feel good.

Never did get the hang of using one to control a mouse cursor though, so I never picked one up for myself.

We don't want to know what you used it for, experimentation-wise, just that you sanitized it afterwards.

The above is not inaccurate

Is so.

Sometimes it's an F-350.

Or a Dodge RAM.

To be fair, dodgy RAM can f up anyone's day, bicyclist or not.

I commute almost every day on a bike. Most of the times I've felt truly in danger it's been some kind of work van (though I will say Amazon van drivers are generally the best, plumbers the worst). Though most likely the person driving went to work in some sort of 4 door extended cab with a 5 foot bed that hasn't been used for more than groceries.

Obligatory mention that the ram 2500 is responsible for the majority of DUIs in the states, by a fair margin.

Hey now, as someone who has spent a lot of time IN and around the trades, I can tell you that if a plumber (or carpenter or drywaller) almost took you out, it was because they were in a hurry to get to their next call early, on the right date, and provide superior customer service in a timely and highly professional manner.

They were NOT heading across town to meet their dealer, hit the ABC store before it closed/as soon as it opened, going to big box store to get the thing they forgot and need to do a job with, late to a 9-5 shop that is going to "go different this time", heading to court date for their DUI/divorce/late child support payment issue, trying to track down a former employee who stole money/tools, or simply drunk at 0945, they were NOT, I assure you...

and, if I get this right... a pic!

And she makes money by going on conservative shows/podcasts/etc to compare Democrats to North Korea.

So I have no idea who she is, I've commuted via bike in the past and I thought the comment was very funny.
