EA conquers NCAA football...

From Google

The deal is expected to be signed at Versailles, in the same rail car that Germany surrendered in World War I and the French in World War II.

This sucks but I don''t play sports games really anymore so it doesn''t affect me personally. But from a innovation/monopoly standpoint it is a deal with the devil. I really hope this all backfires on EA but it probably won''t.

Black Jesus. There goes that idea for Take Two''s next game. Somebody stop this devouring beast! EA == teh Unicron

Football is dead to me.

Did you hear that? I think it was a death rattle for the video game industry.

Sports video game industry, fortunately there''s nobody EA can sign a deal with to get exclusive rights to publish fantasy RPGs, or games using guns.

Or knives.

I''ll play a non-licensed game if the same guys that did ESPN 2k5 make it and add/fix some stuff.

What we need is EA to assimilate the porn industry. Think of the possibilities. No really, think about it.

Yeah, they''ll develop all their movies to work on a Betamax and the HD-DVD version will look exactly the same. And they''ll make you pay 25% more.
