My First PvP kill

What is interesting is that a few days ago the Alliance put together a well coordinated and large scale attack on The Undercity. (on my Server)

It involved several large guilds acting together with many level 55+ players attacking the Undercity.. They did so much carnage killing quest NPC''s and Merchants that the GM''s finally had to spawn several Level 62+ Elite DeathGuards to beat them back.

The Horde is so outnumbered that its only a matter of time before Ogrimmar is attacked..

As someone who has 3 Horde chars to 1 Alliance, I think it''s sad but still pretty cool. I''m actually disappointed that the GMs spawned the DeathGuards as I''d be highly amused if they managed to raze the entire place. Did they at least get to the Dark Lady?

I could go on, but I''m trying to cut back.

You can''t heal the opposing faction...at all.

Really? Doh. I guess he must have hit his paladin heal at the same time I was trying to heal him. It was pretty frenetic at the time.

Its just that theres really not that many ""must do"" quests that revolve around areas that may attract ""gankers""

Whats more likely is that said gankers will simply get bored and lonely when no one bothers to show up.

Yeah if there is not a lot of traffic you are right they will get bored and move on.

I been thinking about making a Horde guy on a PvP server but not sure how that all would pan out.

Maladen, if you haven''t already decided on a server, feel free to join Tenderheart on Thunderlord. I think JMJ and CodexMatt also have newly-created alts over there as well.

The manual says that if you kill enough flight masters, bankers, and other critical NPCs you will be branded an outlaw by everyone and unable to enter any city, even your own. So I would expect this kind of stuff to slow down once that starts happening.

Sylvanas is in Undercity?

Where? I want to see her in game. Seeing Thrall and Cairne Bloodhoof was cool enough.

That is evidence right there of a cool back story. I cant wait to see the alliance major players too. Tyrande, Jaina Proudmoore, Furion, etc will be super cool to find in game.

Royal Throne room...

Jaina Proudmoore is in the game... level 500 too...so she can''t be killed.

I have yet to see a Horde major character higher than level 62... so theres some bias here.

2. Did that orc know that the bear, and therefore the quest, was PvP enabled?

3. Was the orc PvP enabled before he hit Katiara?

4. Is it OK for me to feel good about that kill? It was fun and I have often considered making a char on a PvP server.

5. Can any horde players give me some insight into that quest?

I did this quest about two weeks ago with a couple of friends. I never noticed the bear was PvP enabled (possibly Blizzard have changed it?). I may have even healed it at one point in which case I''d have been flagged PvP as well. Its a long escort too - all the way out into the forest. So the chances of encountering alliance would be decent.

It would have ticked me off had Alliance came along and snuffed out the bear - especially if it had happened out in the forest part - because at that point I''d have invested a fair amount of time.

I don''t know if I''d feel ""good"" about the kill if I were you. Afterall it was how many of you against one of him (and a bear) - and ya you botched his quest and you initiated the attack. But I wouldn''t beat yourself up for it either.

Jaina gave me and many other alliance folks her ring. She''s a slut like that.

I saw Caine and someone of the same race as Cenarius. I visited Moonglade as well and saw the final level of WC3 with the summoning and everything. Truly awe inspiring.
