Scarlet Monastery(updated quest info and Herod tonight!)

In The Name Of The Light is one those goofy ones.

It starts with the ''Brother Anton'' quest that begins from the guy in the basement in the cathedral inside stormwind.

Brother Anton is in Desolace where he wants you to kill 30 undead. After you do this he sends you to the guy that gives the quest to kill the SM folks.

You don''t need to start the ''In the Name of the Light'' quest in SW cathedral basement... if you hit up Brother Anton first in Desolace, that''s just fine.

Hopefully I''ll be 40 by or during this weekend. But, I think Leaping is unavailable this weekend.

Edit: I don''t mind that there are few quests in SM for Alliance peeps... I like the way the dungeon is broken up into multiple instances. It lends itself to a very nice way to shoot the breeze with guildies.

Get your gold while you can, there''s a blue post on the forums saying they''re trying to make up their minds what to do about people farming SM... plan on it being nerfed somehow next patch...

I think they should just make all the ghosts elite since it is in fact an elite dungeon, easy.

Heh, the question that spawned the response

There has been talk of Rogues using stealth to sneak by large amounts of content in SM, farm the bosses, and then go outside, group-and-ungroup, and their instance has reset. Are there any plans to change how dungeons reset? Or can you tell us?

Well they''ve stated the actual limit is supposed to be 10 not 8 if I recall correctly. I''ll have to hunt it down. Not that two more won''t help.

If the only change is to make it 10 instead of 8 I guess I will cry.

Flux, that was a lot more than 8, I say at least 10, probably 12 when we were done. That was an awesome fight, I was sure we were going to wipe. I ran out of mana three times, used evocation once, potion another time, and the third I just threw some dynamite and kept scorching or frost novaing as the spells came up.

Yeah, I''m not available this weekend at all, out of town. But certainly don''t wait for me if you guys get a group.
