Hmm.... So they never said the good guys (Jedi) won the Clone War. They just said that Obi Wan and Anakin were heroes of the Clone War. You can still have heroes on the losing side of the war, yes?
I wonder if the hunting down of the Jedi by Vader is in fact the end of the Clone War.
I guess whichever way its spun, the Jedi/Republic didnt win anyways. The empire eventually assumes control whether they defeated or succumbed to the threat posed in the Clone War.
