Depends how serious the clan is. I think a lot of people will join a ''clan'' that''s more like a group of people that play together regularly, rather than a group of people that play together regularly, train together consistently and often have organised competitions against similar groups.We don''t need a clan to play together regularly. We already do that with a ton of games and we don''t have any ""clan"". That beeing said, beeing the #1 clan in the world and win at all costs ain''t part of my plans either, but it doesn''t mean I won''t do my best to win when I play.

Anyone knows anything about the clan creation process? Who creates it? Who''s the leader? The first one who gets it? We all try to create the clan at the same time? How do we pick our colors? Logo? CONFORM?

I heard somewhere before that there''s different ranks. Ie. someone''s the leader, there''s a couple lieutenants, captains, etc, all the way down to the privates. And the dudes at the top have most control, and can assign ranks and what not.

I wonder if the ranks are automated? I.E. experience/skill based rather than playing favorites.
I think a lot of it has to do with recruiting other clan members, and more over ""clan management"" than skill or performance. But definitely there''s a heiarchy.

One of the cool things about the clans is there are four different levels of privileges that you can apply to the members of your clan. The person at the top of the clan, usually the founder, can assign levels to other members as well as recruit other players, spam messages to all members and even boot members out of the clan. The levels trickle down to the lowest level of member who can only play the games the clan sets up. These members can't recruit anybody or send messages to other members or other clans; they can only participate in the games the higher members of the clan organize. The four tiers act like permissions that are determined by the leader of each clan. If the highest level member decides to leave the clan or opt out of control they can assign their leadership permissions to another member of the clan so it won't leave the rest of the members screwed if the leader decides to leave.

As to a Euro chapter, I''m sure you''ll be more than welcome on any NA server, as long as you promise not to move or shoot, because then you''d just be a lag whore and that''s not right.
