Bad ass. Absolutely, positively bad ass. I''m really hoping this is a revolutionary leap over BFV. I think I''m going to fire up BF1942 for a bit tonight and get some Stalingrad or Market Garden action going, that music just gets the blood racing.
It''s nice to see these little hints of what the game will look like but I wish they''d drop the cinematic crap and show us someone playing the actual game using the actual interface. I''m sure that''ll come sooner or later.
There were some videos about a month or so ago that had a demonstration from the developers (with the voice over from the producer I think). It illustrated more of the ""real"" gaming experience (it was still a manufactured demo, obviously) and hit some of the highlights. The size and scale of the maps (at least in the demo) look to be huge -- the videos illustrated a conflict around an under construction dam.
It looked great on the surface and got me jazzed on it, however I''d have to see more practical play to really form an opinion on it. After seeing how frenetic the large number of players and large maps can be in JO, I''m hoping for something a little more balanced and accessible.
The links I had for the old videos are here and here (IGN and GameSpot respectively). I didn''t check to see if the links and videos are still valid.
It looks wonderful, but yeah, i''d like to see some gameplay action. I''m sure it''ll be wonderful, although i''m not thrilled to know i''ll buy it and get killed 30 times my first time by some Bunny-Hopping jackass named ""MaStAb8r"".

Looks good. I''ve played Desert Combat more than any online game. I know its going to be good and I will buy it, but how good remains to be seen.
Wow! That looks great! I''m excited now.

I love America more than any other country in the world, and, exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually.
Watch me learn to draw.
