I used to always download themes for Windows but I have not done it since the Windows 98 days. Is there any quality sites out there that offer a large variety of themes? I know WindowBlinds is good but I don't like installing their software that much. I just want the icons, sounds, and wallpapers in a simple package.
I am looking for some Star Wars themes mostly.
If you want some high-quality artsy stuff, I recommend customize.org. For the SW stuff, I think I remembers tucowshaving stuff like that back in the day.
EDIT: oops, that''s tucows.org,not .com.
If there were any justice in the world, 'emoticons' would be a failed eighties Transformers spin off movie, in which all the bots transform into a symbol of an emotion, and which preaches gay rights.
Deviantart.com has a ton of great stuff also
The best that I have found is from a site called Theme Doctor - excellent quality and a couple of good links to other major sites. http://themedoctor.com/
If you need PDA themes try: http://www.pocketthemes.com/index.php

I''ve always used www.wincustomize.com. It''s a handy little GUI blog site with decent linkage.

Great, thanks for the suggestions.

Besides those, also check
http://www.themexp.org
specifically for Visual Styles (you''ll need a hacked DLL in order to allow for styles other than bundled Classic and Luna).
