Here's something strange I came across while attempting to install Mozilla in Windows XP Home. THe installer wouldn't run at all! Just popped up the "Send error report?" message. I looked through the log and nothing stood out. I tried the component installer, and same problem. Strange, no? I was able to get it to work by rebooting in safe mode and installing that way, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if I am being paranoid in seeing a Microsoft conspiracy against Mozilla here.
PS -- the GWJ emoticons seem to work better with Mozilla. The never looked right with my IE.
Bizzare, I''m still on 2000 but haven''t had any issues.

This is 1.6? I had no problems installing it on my XP Pro box at work...
