Is it me?

Since I clicked on that link Bagga my computer has been seriously screwed up. I can''t even access my email. I know I have email, my msn says that I do but I can''t access it. Also whenever I click on a link to somewhere it mostly takes me to a weird site that traps my computer. How do I fix this and punish Bagga at the same time? Or seperately, anything helps.

I get these messages:

• The site may contain an error or be experiencing a problem that affects the .NET Passport service.
• The site may not be an official .NET Passport-participating site.

Holy crap, it was just a flash game. I linked directly to it so people could avoid advertisements and the like. I ran it in my browser just fine. You using Moz or IE?

Vector, Go get Hijackthis (you can get it from download.com). run the app and see what your browser start page is. Odds are it is set to some f''d up site in your registry

to continue on with the heart and soul of this thread -

What about the ""Stall Talk"" that some people feel is okay? I mean, I am in there to get a job done, not talk to you about how your kid is at home sick.

Also!, when you are in there, washing up afterwards, and you see me walking into a stall, don''t start a conversation with me. If I am in the restroom, it does not mean I want to talk to you! It means I have to take a grumpy, so leave me alone! I will talk to you at a later time!

Can anyone explain the horseshoe design of public restroom toilet seats? Why can''t they be a complete circle (or oval) like at home? Does cutting out that few inches of plastic save money?

I assume there''s less chance of having dong-to-seat contact with that center section gone. The less possibility of having dongs in contact with seating surfaces the better, I say.

Amen.

It still can''t stop dong-to-porcelain contact, though. Plus, i figured the oval shape was specifically used for that very reason. I still see your point, though.

I think maybe it''s for those that can''t be bothered to put the seat up before taking a leak. That way the dribble lands in the cut-out section instead of on the seat.

I considered that, but personally my dribble can potentially go far beyond the small plastic gap. That is, the gap can''t protect against such disasters as splash damage, untethered firehose syndrome or the dreaded ""double stream.""

it was just a flash game

Sorry to beat a potentially dead horse, but it wasn''t flash game when I clicked on it. Brought me to about 20 porn sites at once and then this weird pop-up came on every 20mins. Still haven''t been able to fix the problem completely yet. Will see what happens after a while. Thanks for any help. Sorry for sounding a bit like a jackass.

And I am using IE

Go get Hijackthis

I got it and the same problems are still happening. Sometimes I hate the internet for dicking me around.

Wow, sorry about that. I literally played the game and everything was fine for me. So, uh, don''t click that link, peeps. Better yet, I''ll edit it.

Way to go bagga, way to go.....

Wow, sorry about that

It''s okay. Just pissing me off. It''s only my desktop too. I can check my email and do anything on anyone elses account on my comp, just not on my desktop. Annoying but nothing but that.

Go to another computer and do a google search on the address that you are being redirected to. That usually gives you some links that discuss which particular hijack is victimizing you.

Vector,

If you are on XP, can you roll back the state of your system to a few days ago? Or possibly go grab Adaware and/or Spybot... reaching here...
