Breaking down the generational communication barrier

While finally giving in to curiosity regarding the usage of terms such as "pwn", RoxoR and 1337, I came across this useful tool:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/

and yes, while i might assume "pwn" translates to "own", I felt I needed concrete confirmation. (I am really that uncool.)
(or LAMERZ). Whichever, I am definately not 1337.

But now I can revel in my hipness by joining in the millions who may at some point proclaim:

"6A/V\3\25 W17|-| _|085 \20X0\25!"

And now I think I am actually dumber than I was 5 minutes ago.

I will have to agree with you on this. It just makes my head hurt to even read that stuff. May even make me puke if I read enough of it. Guess I am smarter then the average hot dog in that sense.

Nice to see that Trogdor made the list!!

Urban Dictionary has every little bit of internet culture in there. It''s pretty great.

For instance check out the entry for goatse.cx (not the real goatse.cx, btw) goatse.cx is down anyway so you don''t have to worry about that.

Ah, good old goatse.cx That''s come into general usage with the folks that I hang around with, meaning to surprise with something revolting (which I think was goatse''s only purpose when it first started - getting sent as a surprise link to friends).

It''s still it''s only purpose However like I said it''s down now. Poor goatse.

Nothing better then tricking someone into clicking on a goatse link. Or tubgirl, or any of several other completely disgusting pictures.

Rotten.com people! Where''s your heads at? Oh wait, its over there, under the train. My bad.
