I just noticed this article on CNN.com. Am I missing something? Since when does KOTOR have multiplayer? And on top of that, in the picture isn't Bastila using the Death Field power on Tatooine? She doesn't have that in the game!
What gives?

HA! I think they were mixing up KOTOR with SWG. You can''t expect them to get everything right I guess...
I disagree with what you say, and I will deny, to your death, you're right to say it. - Bucky Katt
Might not be Bastila. My friend stole Bastila''s light saber and gave it to his character when he played. And my character looked similar enough to Bastila that I was often getting them confused.
We might have a case of mistaken identity here.

I was about to dismiss the author as a ninny..
but looking at it it was probably the web designers fault..since that caption appeared under a graphic..

I love the line under the pic:
Uh, where is the online component?
(Am I a geek for nitpicking like that?...oh, I already know the answer...)
CNN''s few gaming articles either involve some guy interviewing someone from a real gaming magazine, or are totally clueless messes that make you wonder just how stupid....argh. they''re just bad, and they recycle them half the time (same article appears a month later).
I actually took the time to try to email them feedback when they had an article talking about how great the strategy guide for some game was (yeah the same one EB employees try to hawk everytime you risk going near there). It was like they told some random reporter to review a game like GTA, the guy totally sucked at it and didn''t understand it, and let the EB guy talk him into a strategy guide...on a game you could get free walkthroughs with photos for free. I was annoyed cause the article read like one long advertisement for those cheesy useless strategy guides that retail for $15.
So I guess I''m trying to say:
f*** cnn''s game reviews. f*** them up their stupid asses.

Roo! Easy big fella! It''s OK....
Maybe I should have put in more smileys. Or maybe I''m just pissed off about being at work today (vacation next week). But I''m always caught between appalled and amused at how pathetic CNN''s game section is under their Tech webpage. Why bother if it''s going to be so...very bad.

The list is actually pretty good, with one exception. Why the hell did The Simpsons win out over any of the ""honerable mention"" titles? The list is actually pretty good, with one exception. Why the hell did The Simpsons win out over any of the ""honorable mention"" titles?
simply that CNN reviewing games feels like Martha Stewart reviewing a monster truck rally is enough for me not to read this article.
