As for good clean fun from the Fox Network...

...how about that last episode of John Doe? Who would've guessed half of that? The show's taking a big risk by bringing the one person who could reveal all to Doe AND unmasking the main villain. That is, if they're coming back for another season.

It was crazy and made sense all at the same time! I am really enjoying that show and hope it comes back for a second season.

I stopped watching when they cancelled Firefly. Bastards.

Show is ok, gets a bit repetitive but when they are moving the main plot along it''s not bad. They have kind of blocked themselves in though, they either have to pull an X-files and just keep spinning their wheels (they will loose me) or start revealing stuff, unravel the thread, and then embark on a new main plot line. The second case is the high road but this is fox we are talking about

There''s a rumor going around that says there is a series-episode already in the can, since out of the 22 episodes ordered, only 21 have been shown. The theory is that Fox will let the producers show the last episode in case the show doesn''t get picked up for next season in order to tie up the story, and to give it a good ending if/when the series goes to DVD.

Hey NIMROD!

Ever hear of putting a *spoil alert* in the topic heading?

I got 3 of them Tivo''d and waiting for my viewing pleasure.

Grrrrr, as if I needed a reason to be mad at you.

(for what its worth, I like the series, but I''m one of those guys who has to guess before hand every little plot thing....of course now that blatherboy has opened the can, I guess I can pretend I never heard it, and really amaze/tick off the wife.)

Did I say who the villain was? That''s the shocking part.

I like the show too; John Doe can''t act his way out of a paper bag but the other cast is good and I enjoy the plot. Is the show in danger of not getting picked up again? That would be too bad. As for the twist, here''s my theory:

I think that Digger was actually just helping out by pulling the girl out of there; trying to rescue her. i.e., not the real bad guy. Just my $.02.

Yeah, then why was Digger dressed exactly like Stocking Cap Man? It certainly explains a lot about his past cloak and dagger acts.

Uh, he''s been posing. Going on the inside to rescue her. I promise you that it''s all been for John''s good somehow.[/color]

Well of course it is, they already have said how much they need him. That does not make the stocking man to be a good guy though. I was deeply suspicious of him ever since the dumb episode where they get trapped in the hostile environment sim station.
