War and Gaming

NVidia, eh? If memory serves, either Donald Rumsfeld or Dick Cheney were big investors in NVidia before their current jobs forced them to divest themselves of their private holdings.

And the idea of a "glass cockpit" isn't new. The most recent example is the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, but that had a few back-up analog gauges in case some of the electronics got toasted. I wonder if the F/A-22 has some backups. Heck, now I wonder if the F/A-22 flight computer with the NVidia fx chip can run F-22 Total Air War.

I think Rumsfeld was one of the founders on the board. I''m not sure but I think that''s it.
