The allies meet...

Did any of you catch the speeches after allies met?

What did you think?

I thought the speeches were good. This was as blunt as I''ve ever seen Dubya. His critics will BLAST him, his supporters will think it was great.

I thought Tony Blair did the best job of articulating why and what they are trying to do.

Blair did do the best job. He had the longest speech too. If Blair is kicked out office he should move over hear. I saw a CNN poll where 89% of Americans like Blair.

I second what Pulse said. Additionally could it be that it was completely unimportant what Aznar had to say? I mean after the speeches no one even mentioned a word about his anymore.

Think of Bush and Blair as FDR and Churchill. Aznar is there but the two ""stars"" are what people will talk about in the history books. (No insult to the Spanish people)
