This just in for the geek in us all...

You know the Clone war thing could actually be cool if they did it sort of Aeon Flux style.

The site with the Doc Ock info actually has some other pretty cool tidbits as well.

I''ve never been a big Doc Ock fan. He was always so weird looking and I never understood how he could be so powerful with only having extra robot arms. (I think originally he had 4 robot arms too, hardly an octopus!) Venom is going to be a fantastic villan when they get around to adding him to the movies. Hopefully after they go through the black costume saga. (Secret Wars movie?!).

I''m losing a lot of faith in anything Star Wars. The worst part is, I feel I''m very easy to please when it comes to Star Wars, but as much as I really wanted to love these new Star Wars movies, and as much as I keep telling myself they weren''t that bad...well, they were that bad. Lucas needs to let someone else direct his movies, ala Empire Strikes Back. The cartoon could show some promise, especially if griffon is right and they show some creativity with it.

On the site with the Doc Oct info they had news on a Wolverine spin off. That would be very cool, however Hugh Jackman is still a little to clean. They need to dirty him up and make him more hairy.

I could talk about this shiite forever, what a great escape. Nice info Ratboy!

I loved the dual in the first starwars movie, it was pretty well done. That and when they where first cutting their Way through the bulk head in the beginning pretty much made that movie for me... just put on my blinders to everything else. The second one washed for me. I thought the choreography was crap for the most part and none of the Jedi stuff had the right feel to it... and I won''t get started on the pinnacle of all things good in the force being a hyper active kung fu frog, I''ll just say it was disappointing to me.

They''ll most likely do the Ultimate Venom story. I hope the Lizzard is in it.

According to the official site, the series will be done by the creator of Samurai Jack and Dexter''s Laboratory. There''s also a poster featuring art from the catoons.

Hmmm interesting Samurai jack was one of those shows that I thought I would all but worship, but in practice I could never get more then look warm to it... though every once in a while there would be a truly excellent episode. I guess to be fair there might be a lot of good one''s but I tripped over so many mediocre one''s I kind of lost hope and only catch it sporadically. What I want is another season of Batman Beyond damit, but that is just no in the cardds sadly.

""and I won''t get started on the pinnacle of all things good in the force being a hyper active kung fu frog""

Oh. That was enough to make a grown man cry.

And I love Samurai Jack. Well, I only saw the first 6 episodes, but it''s en excellent series, I love the concept and the idea. Wasn''t he created by the guy who did the Powerpuff girls?

4 Robot Arms +
2 Human Arms +
2 Human Legs = 8 altogether. Therefore an octopus

Ughhhhh... NO! For the love of.... Either splinter the timeline so you can do something cool (Inch-thick LCD monitors on a spaceship!? Are you kidding?) or do something low-tech and cool. The laser cannons that can blow a mountain up, but disable the ship were a good start. Where''s the rest of it?

It''s so frustrating that Voyager so badly screwed up any potential for a future-based series.

What''s next? They find Data''s dusty head in a box?

haha, you know right after I included that part of my post I knew it sounded fishy. But I will stick to my guns, other than the 8 appendages...he is hardly an octopus!!

AND just because he has those extra arms, I''m still not so impressed with his lame ass powers.

Well what would you like him to do? Have a beak and fart black ink clouds?

They could do some really cool stuff with Shocker in a Spidey movie, but yeah, Venom would kick ass. Well, it could kick ass. I hate to say it, but they''ll most likely not make him as scary as he should be, to appeal to a wider audience.
Dark Horizons also had a blurb about a romor that Patrick Warburton could play Batman if there''s another movie. I like Warburton, I just don''t know if he could play Batman. I''d also like to see them make a really dark Batman movie, with Bats as he is in Detective comics. Maybe use the Scarecrow as the villain and make a real horror/thriller.

Looks like it could have some potential, but I''ve been spurned by eye candy before:

haha, I''d settle for him not looking so lame.

Seriously, like Spiderman should have ever had a problem kicking his ass?

It sorta looks like the same animation as the animated Clerks series doesn''t it?

actually, it does. The city background of the promo picture looks pretty cool.

I''m also digging the robot/bionic hand on Aniken.

You''re right. Wouldn''t it be great if Anakin played the role of Silent Bob? Then we wouldn''t have to listen to him whine.

A Clerks/Star Wars thing could be pretty interesting. Hmmmm.

Come to think, the animated Obi-Wan and Anakin look like buff versions of Bluntman and Chronic.

Heh...thanks grif, I needed a sig!

Someone would have to be shot. Really. I mean it.

I didn''t bother to follow Enterprise to closely, did it ever make the ''all Trek shows suck rocks until episode xxxx'' jump most of them did?

Screw the Clone Wars stuff, I want new episodes of Dexters Labratory

I dont know either, all I know is that this new borg news is very disconcerting. I can''t believe they''re going to play that. For every good thing I hear about Enterprise, I hear evil stuff like that.
