We'll probably chip away at it some more when the Burning Crusade comes out.

Assuming you find time in the next two months to get away from WoW to do the podcast, right?

I'm not planning to pick it up, personally. That may change, but so far my interest levels are pretty low. If I KNOW I'll never play to level .. oh god, level 70, why bother?

I'm sorry, but it was right there.

I couldn't really help myself.

Ummm...to have fun? I give up.

Bzzt. The correct answer is: "Because everyone else is doing it."

Werd.

iTunes reviews bring happy fun luck to friends and family.

That's pretty amusing little plug there, Certis. But not as amusing as the "El...uh...Sean and I...." etc. around 28:54. That was downright cute.

At least I didn't call him "Mr. Elysium" like he's a character in the Wind and the Willows

I deny this on the grounds that I take medication

My friends and family should be experiencing a spontaneous bounty of happy fun luck.

E For Who?

Wow. That whole selling thing seems really off. Those guys - nuckin' futz.

None of you have ever been to PAX, have you? It is consumer focused and always has been. Microsoft and Nintendo and a bunch of other guys are huge for this every year. There is a large vendor area which will be over six times bigger this year in the new facility and space was selling before the end of last year's PAX. There was all sorts of stuff sold on the floor last year. Just not the pre-release stuff.

I'm an Enforcer, so help out with PAX and with Child's Play. I've been there for the last two years, and I'll be at this next one. If you have questions, let me know and I'll answer or hook you up with the right person.

Ball Sherpas!? You guys are just coming up with this stuff to make me blush, aren't you? Though I haven't measured them personally, I will follow your immutable point as far as the assessment of Brad's cojones. However, their exact topograpical position in relation to his head is where the real debate is. There's been some uhh.... interesting decisions come out of that office this last couple years. And it'll be interesting to see how they pan out in the real world this next six months or so.

....lots of cool MMORG stuff....
Sorry guys. I'm weak. I can't play that stuff because I end up finding myself loosing whole days.

That idea with the GM-played NPC guys kind of scares me. Have you ever read Bannable Offenses?

I think I'm going to try and drag my butt to PAX this year. As a professional procrastinator (I hear my pay check is in the mail), I feel like it's far too early to start planning that, though. Somebody slap me when I should start planning.

I'm a big proponent of a gigantic GWJ Slap and Tickle at PAX '07.

Hear HEAR, Fed! Let me know and I can get a spot together for it and stuff. I'll be advance scouting the facility at SakuraCon in April.

And wordsmythe, how long a lead time do you need to get ready? I can schedule smacking you.

How exactly am I supposed to interpret that wink, madame?

Anyway, heck if I know how long I need to prepare. I've never gone out there before. I've been needing to do the ol' grunge pilgrimage, too.

You guys are still tagging your podcasts with 2006 as the year.

In the show, or in the code somewhere?

Thanks for catching that, I got it fixed.

It was in the mp3 ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags.

I don't know either. Seattle's as far east as I've ever been (I grew up in Alaska), and I don't do planes and etc. However long it takes you to buy the ticket. You will probably want to get your hotel reservations and etc as far in advance as you can. They haven't put up the 2007 website yet, so I don't have hard dates for you, though. Watch http://www.pennyarcadeexpo.com/ for info when they start ramping up here in the spring.

Oh, and also, if anyone wants to be an Enforcer this year, let me know and I can hook you up later this spring. You don't have to live here, and the commitment isn't all that big. This new space is scary big and we think we're going to need a few more hands.
