The GWJ Conference Call Episode Five!

Company of Heroes, Defcon, Are You Hardcore?, Interview with Chris Grant From Joystiq, Tokyo Game Show and more!

This week during Shawn's last show before going to India, we talk about just what the definition of a "hardcore gamer" is according to the latest studies, the news from the Tokyo Game Show and some awesome games you really should be playing. Shawn also sits down with Chris Grant from Joystiq.com to talk about the trails and tribulations of running the largest gaming blog on the net. Enjoy the show! Oh and all the old show files have been switched out with the newer slimer versions as well. Yay for compression!

Oops, I'm only able to get the first 28 minutes or so (tried downloading twice, with Firefox and wget). Caching problem?

Old man rabbit?

I've had this problem before as well. Sometimes it seems to download correctly sometimes not. I would kinda like to see a size put up in the post so that at least I know if I'm downloading the full version.

Good show!

Podcast is around 36.6 megs.

Thanks for the opportunity Shawn. And thanks for editing most of my rambling out! Have a great time in India, let us know how that 360 launch goes.

On playback, we had about 45 minutes of perfectly usable stuff, you need to get on that Podcast of yours, pronto!
