"With hope or without hope we will follow the trail of our enemies. And woe to them, if we prove the swifter! We will make such a chase as shall be accounted a marvel among the Three Kindreds: Elves, Dwarves, and Men. Forth the Three Hunters!" - Aragorn

After a long beta period, Lord of The Rings Online is finally ready to go live. A mighty GWJ Kinship has already formed on the Landroval server, with plenty of players sitting at the level 15 cap, ready to plunge into the rest of the game. Also worth noting are Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for the Nintendo DS, which will most likely show us once again just how much impact the Pokemon series has on the gaming landscape.

Took my son to pick up his preorder of Pokemon Diamond later yesterday afternoon. Our local Best Buy was out of the special collector's edition stylus that was supposed to come with the preorder. Guess we should have been there when they opened............

...and the drought continues in the gaming world. However, it remains an 82F, comfortable with humidity at 15, clear skies, and a cool 5mph breeze from the NE. I'll say, there is no better time to be outdoors!

anyone knows how big is LOTRO monthly fee?

Can anyone tell me where the heck Bionicle Heroes franchise came from ? What is so special about it ? You fight robotic frogs ? As much as I love FPS games, the DS game looked like a less-inspired Rise Of The Triad with fruity weapons.

It's some Lego spin-off. One of my employee's kids is obsessed with them.

LOTRO normal is $14.99, but if you did the pre-order you get to choose either $9.99 or $199 life.

They're Legos, dude. And they're pretty cool. I've been picking savage looking little pieces of plastic out of my vaccum (and my feet) for a long time now. There's a couple movies out, too.
