Looking at this week's release list I can name at least five games I would have no trouble picking up on day one if not for the fact they are all shipping at the same time. The Warriors, Shadow of the Colossus, Pro Evolution Soccer 5, Stubbs the Zombie, F.E.A.R, AOE 3, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and even Blitz: The League looks like it might be good. It's completely nuts but you know what? I love it. Welcome to the bounty that is Fall gaming! With all these awesome games hitting the shelves Elysium suggested that Quicken would be the smartest buy of all this week, if only so you can figure out how you're going to pay for it all. Throw in the Xbox 360 shipping in just a month and you have a recipe for financial disaster.
On DVD this week we have Batman Begins, Big Lebowski, Land of the Dead, Legend of Zelda: Complete Animated Series and more!

If anyone picks up Pro Evolution Soccer for PC, let us all know how it runs. I've got a gamepad I'd be willing to break back out for a solid Konami soccer title.
I am similarly interested in hearing about Blitz: The League.
SOCOM came out last week. All other games are inconsequential!

Hmm X3 looks intriguing, didn't realize it was due. I'll have to scrounge around for some previews.
I have to choose between Warriors, Stubbs and that Union game where the state are all fighting each other. Dammit. Why did I give up that high-paying job?

I may buy a DVD-ROM just for this, just so I can play the PC version, and update all the Teams/Kits.

Geez, what a week.
Yeah, I'm picking up FEAR, considering Quake 4, buying Batman on DVD, and I want Stubbs the Zombie for the Xbox too.
Ugh.
Fire bad. - GameGuru
I just want Civ IV. Now.
Lebowski gets rel-released? I wonder if its anything better/different from the one a few years ago..

I look forward to welcoming you to the 21st century. Maybe you can work on Elysium, next.

Wow, are they ever going to stop releasing stuff for Ultima Online?
Personally I'm having impulsive acquisitionous thoughts about F.E.A.R. and Quake 4. Given the rumours that Quake 4 is quite "blah", the scales are currently tipped towards F.E.A.R.

Fire Emblem, Shadow of the Colossus, and FEAR are the only ones that are of any interest to me.

Fire Emblem and "kinda maybe" on Quake 4.

Yay...nothing for me this week!
Big Lebowski...? Did this come out like 5 years ago?
Whoo--hooo I finally received a secret GamesWithJobs password and can register and make my first post. What a triumphant moment!
For shame that I'm going to ruin this joyous moment by tepidly touting another WWII game. Here goes... Sniper Elite is pretty good. I got to play through it already on Xbox and for a game that focuses solely on the role of a sniper, they keep it pretty lively and it's not a bad game. Its graphics are pretty bland and dated, but the simulation aspect of the bullet's reaction to gravity and wind and whatnot is pretty cool. Anyway, if you see it cheap... you might want to pick it up.
As for me, F.E.A.R, most likely, and definitely Fire Emblem and American Wasteland -- finally a Tony Hawk game that works with Xbox Live!
X3:Reunion sounds like it could be a winner... I'm just not sure I have enough time to give it justice...

Aren't any of you god damned heathens picking up the Bible Game? Sure, it's only old testament, but think of the children!
Any time one of my local bible thumpers starts going on about violence in entertainment, I immediately think about the OT and giggle a bit to myself.

Again - your failure to make Civ IV the game of the week has been duly noted by the mothership - with great displeasure I might add.
Dejanzie - you are a visionary!
Seconded!
And in theaters, the single movie that'll make you glad that the motion picture industry is dying a long and painful death: DOOM. Seriously, all the Batman DVDs and copies of Civ IV in the world can't cure that level of suck.
I wish you guys would stop encouraging him.

Ok, see, now and forevermore, you are not allowed to complain that your wife won't watch action movies with you, or that you never get to see them because you end up watching a couple movie.
Use this to your advantage.
