Qpads and Glidz Tape For Sale!

You might remember my review of the Qpad mousepad and Glidz tape from last years E3 exhibition. This Swedish mousepad/teflon tape combination won me over with its smooth motion and durability. Even now, almost a year since I started using it I'm still using the original Glidz tape I put on my mouse and aside from a bit of fraying around the edge of the pad, it's still going strong. The only issue at the time when I reviewed the product was that you could only get it from Sweden which made the cost to buy plus shipping pretty high. No longer! I put the fine folks at Qpad in touch with ZeStuff, our awesome t-shirt people and now you can finally get your own here in North America!

The pads come in three different sizes and the Glidz tape as a separate product. If you're going to get a pad you simply must get the tape too, you'll be missing the whole point if you don't! I'll also mention that GWJ isn't making any money from these sales, I just keep getting asked about the pads and I want you people to quit bugging me.

Too bad there isnt a GWJ's logo version... The "HAL" looking thing is pretty cool though too

Hm, kinda pricey for a mouse pad. Don't need one to play WoW, but maybe when I get back into FPS's (BF2) I might.

What's up with that wierd design is that what the mousepads looklike?

Indeed, not sure what it's supposed to be but it looks great with my red MX510 mouse

It took me a minute to get that the High/Mid/Low sense in effect talks about the size of the pad and that's why the 'high' is cheaper than the 'low', it's smaller.

I got a bonus check coming in soon, I've spent 40$ on bigger gaffes.

Have you tried it with both a 'ball' mouse and optical mouse Certis?

Wonder what you could do with putting the pad on your bosses chair and somehow sticking the tape to his/her ass... hmmmmm

Hmm, very tempting. Nothing beats a good solid mousepad, and since Certis has been using his about a year with no trouble, I think it'd be worth the money in the long run.

Just an optical, I can't see a ball mouse being any better or worse with the system though.

Wouldnt the ball slide more? Optical I can see doing well but slippery balls might have an issue in gaming.

I [want to] see well slippery balls in gaming.

But who doesn't? I mean really?

Ordered a medium and the tape. Hopefully it will make my new Logitech MX1000 Laser wireless move smoothly. Something about the logitechs, they are not very smooth movers.
