I'm hoping KOTOR II PC isn't as buggy as the rumors say, or it gets patched quickly. I've been waiting for this one for a while, I'd hate to see it turn into another Vampire (great game, buggy as hell, little chance of more patches).

Yet another dead week for me... good time to go through my unplayed games list.

Patching KOTOR 2 is all on Obsidian; LucasArts never got in the way of Bioware for KOTOR 1. However, I think we'll be waiting for more than "a few days" on a KOTOR 2 patch. After the X-Box version was complete, most of the team moved on to other projects, leaving only a couple people to port it by themselves. Unless they quadruple the team to start bug-hunting day and night, it may be best to hold off on purchasing this until it is patched.

My girlfriend is playing through Kotor 2 right now. She loved the first one (completed it a couple times) but for some reason she isn't as "in" to this one. How are your guy's feelings on the sequel? More of the same?

On PC or Xbox Swat? I LOVED Kotor1, but haven't picked up 2 yet, WoW has been stealing all my time.

KoToR 2 is just as good as 1 if you ask me... BUT a lot easier...at least it was for me as I picked the dark side and the prestige class I took has a massive wacking power that makes it too easy.

Well, it is the quick and easy path, paint.

I plan on getting KOTOR 1 this summer and then get KOTOR 2 after I beat it or I could beat all of my unfinished games.

No love for Champions of Norrath? Despite removing Norrath, they did include 2 more classes: the beserker and the shaman. I wish they would have added more but oh well, I guess they want to make another sequel with the druid, necro, enchanter, monk, rogue and bard.

Crap! I knew I was missing one somewhere.
