Finally, we can relax and not worry so much about buying games this week. There are a couple notables on the PC and PS2 side of things but that's about all she wrote. With slim pickings to choose from, the game of the week will be.... BAMM BAMM BAMM! Breed. Slated to be a PC Halo killer long before the Halo port was announced, Breed ships tomorrow for $39.99.

Breed has already been out here for some weeks and the feedback was rather 'meh' as far as I perceived it. Also, it does seem closer to Serious Sam rather than to Halo in terms of AI and challenge provided.

If the demo is any indicator, Breed is pretty awful.

The fact that they lowered the price to 29.99€ before the game hit the shelves should tell you something. The usual price is like 39-45 Euros.
