Peter Moore Lands at Microsoft

Section:

Peter Moore, who left Sega last Friday, only needed the weekend to find a new home.  According to this article from HomeLAN, Mr. Moore will take the newly created position "corporate vice president of retail sales and marketing" at the big M.

Moore will oversee retail business in the Home and Entertainment Division of the company, which includes the Xbox console and Xbox and PC games.

I wonder how big the Money-Dumptruck was that they lured him away with.

What a choice!  Work at Sega, which used to be the biggest console manufacturer in the world and is now just a 3rd party software publisher, or work for Microsoft, the only company that has big inroads into both the console and PC market.  I pity the man.
